Lori and Scott are pretty cool people. After 17 years of marriage and three children they deserved this couples session in the Columbia Gorge. They never got extravagant wedding photos when they got married, so it made it extra special to do these fun portraits for them. And to be honest, they made my job a breeze. They were such great sports considering I basically asked them to climb a rock slope in formal clothing.
A special shout out to Brenna Burnett Designs for the beautiful floral bouquet that she created for our session!
If you ever want to do a formally styled photoshoot, but don’t want to invest in an expensive gown, I highly recommend checking out Rent the Runway online. They rent formal dresses out for a fraction of what it would cost you to purchase one. The dress for this session was provided by Rent the Runway. I’m hoping I can convince my daughter’s that renting prom dresses is the way to go!
My favorite shots from this session were these last ones. The views at this location of the Columbia Gorge are absolutely epic. This is what living in the Pacific Northwest is all about!
Thanks to Lori and Scott for driving all the way out to the Columbia Gorge to come and play with me and being such great sports. Special thanks also to Shannon Hager Photography for joining me for this shoot and making it such a fun evening!
What a fun evening. This couple is amazing and your photos captured them beautifully!
So gorgeous.
